Research group Enterbrain has today announced its three-week shipping estimates for PlayStation3 in Japan.
Having sold just under 90,000 units in the opening two days, the stark reality of Sony's struggle to produce anywhere near sufficient quantities of their next-gen console is all too apparent if Enterbrain's estimates of 169,082 units are accurate.
Speaking to financial news outlet Bloomberg, Nanako Kato, a representative at Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. commented "We will keep on shipping more units", though she refrained on confirming the accuracy of Enterbrain's figures.
