Two More Sega Classics on Wii (gamespy)

- gamespy -

For 800 Wii Points, which is $8.00, you'll be able to download Golden Axe or Ecco the Dolphin for the Virtual Console on the Nintendo Wii. These are carbon copies of the hit 16-bit Genesis games. Golden Axe includes support for two players. As either a dwarf, a male fighter, or an Amazon warrior, you'll hack and slash your way through a handful of levels while you pursue the evil Death Adder. In Ecco the Dolphin, you'll explore an underwater ocean world, fight sharks, and save your endangered aquatic buddies. Both games are exactly as they appeared back in the late 1980s and early 1990s. There are no graphical tweaks or enhancements of any sort. Purists will be happy with the direct emulation, while others may find the 16-bit-era graphics and audio a bit more painful than they remember.
