Free Update, Great Reviews, and a Real Fighter Pilot Flight

iEntertainment Network today announced that FLYBOYS Squadron for PC, the World War I combat flight simulator based upon the MGM movie Flyboys, has launched a sweeping update with new mission updates, new terrains, and new graphic and frame rate improvements. Players need only to access the update feature on their game start menu to get this free update. IENT continuously updates its entire TotalSims series of simulations. The next revision is expected December 15th 2006.

All FLYBOYS Squadron players who register at the FLYBOYS Squadron Game Website or register while installing the game, will have a chance to win a Fighter Pilot Ride from Air Combat USA Fighter Pilot for a Day. At least one player will get the chance to fly a real Marchetti SF-260 with a real fighter pilot taking on another real pilot in the sky!

FLYBOYS Squadron has received excellent reviews. Gamer's Info Review wrote: “I highly recommend FLYBOYS Squadron as a great Combat Flight Sim! Flying Spads, P-51D Mustangs, or the US Air Force T-6 Texan, in exciting single player combat and then coming online against hundreds of other pilots from around the world is an experience you cannot get unless you are ready to join the military! Check Six and Have Fun!”

Inspired by the true story of the legendary Lafayette Escadrille, the first American fighter pilots, the Flyboys movie featured some of the world's top acrobatics pilots. The aerial combat flying maneuvers or dogfighting sequences lauded in the movie are reenacted in this faithful PC game as seen in movies of the gameplay.

Retail purchasers receive the bonus of two famous massively multiplayer games, the World War II flying game WarBirds 2006, and World War II tank strategy game Armored Assault, which allow players to play offline and online. Retail purchasers of FLYBOYS Squadron will automatically gain free access to one month of unlimited play at the MMOG site, TotalSims, featuring all three games, a $50 value.
